Full flap embossed eagle on this cover with red and blue piping along edges.  Unusual patriotic cover. Front of cover has tears upper and lower right side. Stamp is not damaged, but tear goes into postmark and the word MASS at the bottom.  Eagle is intact.  Super patriotic cover.

NOTE HORIZONTAL FRAME LINE AT BOTTOM OF THE STAMP. COVER HAS NO RIPS OR TEARS ON FACE, ONLY SLIGHT AGE SOILING. A PORTION OF THE FLAP IS MISSING FROM THE BACK.
