Year:
Interestint two-page stampless folded letter from James Regan to John Grace informing Grace that Regan feels that "not one of your debtors here has any intention whatever of paying you a solitary cent and were you even to attempt to enforce payment, they would find some means of evading your demands." A full transcript of the letter will be included with the sale. There is a separation at the top fold of the letter. Otherwise condition is quite good. There is a manuscript Lancaster and date in upper left corner, but handwiting looks like it was placed by the writer and not postmaster.
